Abstract

Setting up of any indoor localization system involves many difficulties. This paper proposes a Simple, Low cost & Small sized system for indoor localization. The basic processing elements of this system constitute RSSI & LQI (symbol error rate). An ISM band compliant low cost cc2500 zigbee module capable of outputting digital RSSI and LQI values is used for the establishment of wireless sensor network.
