An ISM band compliant low cost cc2500 zigbee module capable of outputting digital RSSI and LQI values is used for the establishment of wireless sensor network. Used process is a filtering method coupled with implementation of path loss algorithm on Matlab'11 platform. MMSE (minimum mean square estimation) algorithm is implemented for computing optimal system parameters.
