The study employed a narrative analysis method to find out the English teachers’ experiences, the problems and its solutions in the implementation of teaching public speaking through online learning based-emergency remote teaching in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The first  result of this study reveals that there are several things that must be considered to carry out learning activities, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the stage for evaluating student learning outcomes. The second result indicates that several problems emerged on its implementation, namely poor internet connections,  the lack of student internet quotas, and the problem of direct interaction between teacher and students during virtual meetings. Abstract

英语教师运用基于网络学习的应急远程教学进行公开演讲教学的经验分析
本文着重探讨了英语教师在学习活动中准备、实施和评估的方式,面临的问题,以及如何解决在学习活动中出现的问题。本研究采用叙事分析的方法,了解新冠肺炎疫情下英语教师实施基于网络学习的公开演讲应急远程教学的经验、存在的问题及解决方法。本研究的第一个结果表明,开展学习活动必须考虑几个方面,即准备阶段、实施阶段和评估学生学习成果的阶段。第二个结果表明,在实施过程中出现了几个问题,即网络连接差,学生上网配额不足,教师和学生在虚拟会议期间直接互动的问题。第三个结果是克服网络问题和互联网配额的解决方案,将学习视频发布在谷歌课堂或电报上;让学生在有了良好的网络连接和足够的配额后,可以在稍后的时间观看,并提供Telegram作为教师和学生在虚拟会议中直接互动之外的间接互动论坛。关键词:叙事分析,公开演讲,在线学习,应急远程教学
