DESAFIOS À INSTITUIÇÃO DO PARADIGMA CULTURAL ECOLÓGICO EM TEMPOS DE SOCIEDADE GLOBAL: UM OLHAR ANTE A (DES) NECESSIDADE DE SUPERAÇÃO DO ANTROPOCENTRISMO MODERNO

Abstract

A emergência de uma sociedade global trouxe consigo uma pluralidade de conflitos nunca antes enfrentados pelo Direito. Ao passo da dissolução das fronteiras interestatais, as demandas insurgentes tornam-se, diuturnamente, questões que aspiram um enfrentamento a nível global. Diante dos preceitos basilares construídos a partir da promoção da sociobiodiversidade, busca-se analisar a importância de que um novo paradigma cultural seja instituído. Para tanto, a fim de viabilizar a incorporação do paradigma ecológico à sociedade contemporânea, o estudo visa verificar a pertinência de se superar o antropocentrismo moderno, não vilipendiando o princípio antrópico em si mesmo, mas construindo um novo caminho à antropologia, centrado na proteção à biodiversidade. Para tanto, como Teoria de Base e Abordagem optou-se pela perspectiva sistêmico-complexa, utilizando-se autores com visão multidisciplinar e conectando ares do saber como ecologia política e o direito, bem como método de procedimento será por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica aliada a técnica de pesquisa por meio de resumos.Palavras-chave: Antropocentrismo moderno. In the wake of the break-up of inter-state boundaries, insurgent demands are often issues that aspire to global confrontation. Faced with the basic precepts built from the promotion of socio-biodiversity, we seek to analyze the importance of a new cultural paradigm being instituted. Therefore, in order to make possible the incorporation of the ecological paradigm into contemporary society, the study aims at verifying the pertinence of overcoming modern anthropocentrism, not vilifying the anthropic principle in itself, but constructing a new path to anthropology, centered on the protection of Biodiversity. For this purpose, as a Theory and Approach, we opted for a systemic-complex perspective, using authors with a multidisciplinary vision and connecting knowledge as political ecology and law, as well as method of procedure will be through bibliographic research allied to Research technique through abstracts.Keywords: Ecological cultural paradigma.
