Abstract

An industrial concept for high power diode laser collimation with integrated 90° beam deflection in a high index glas material is presented. The solution is proven in production quantity scaling and the optical design has the degree of freedom for the realization of various focal lengths and assembly procedures. This together with the standard high collimation quality offer clear cost advantages for system design and production engineering.
