The research applied a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Qualitative research tools include in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and content analysis. The population in this research includes experts with artificial intelligence technology practices including 1) an in-depth interview of 7 people, 2) a focus group meeting of 13 people, and 3) a sample of 416 respondents. The results showed elements of the management potential model of artificial intelligence technologists in the public sector. 1) Attitudes and motivations 2) Digital ecosystem 3) Leadership and competency required 4) Values and Growth mindset.
