The results showed elements of the management potential model of artificial intelligence technologists in the public sector. 1) Attitudes and motivations 2) Digital ecosystem 3) Leadership and competency required 4) Values and Growth mindset. Abstract

This research aims to study elements of the management potential development model for artificial intelligence technologists in the public sector, develop the management potential model, and provide a guideline for the management potential development model for artificial intelligence technologists in the public sector.
