The purpose of this study was to develop a lesson plan using a blended learning-based Elchotectim for PSTE students in mathematics learning. This research is development research using the Plomp method. This research procedure consists of a preliminary research stage, a prototype stage, and an assessment stage. The results of this study show that the final score of expert validation, which is 95.29. This study concluded that the lesson plan using the Elchotectim model based on blended learning for PSTE students in mathematics learning was valid.
