Abstract

In this study, the author develops the idea that, in the last twenty years, in Israel, there is a significant gap in the infrastructure sector between the minority and the Jewish society. They affect the potential of Arab society for economic development, prompt local authorities to develop human and economic infrastructure that will integrate the Arab population into the Israeli economic fabric, including the contribution to the national product.
