Abstract

The methods of metrology testing of intelligent instrumentation are considered in this paper. Also there is motivated the necessity of simulation modeling of measurement channel's components for investigation of its working condition influence on error of instrumentation in accelerated time scale. There is described developed metrology software test for temperature measurement channel using thermocouple. The results of measurement system testing by developed metrology software test are presented.
