This article analysis the importance of the storage and transportation system and the current situation of transportation system of Nangang group, The storage system and transportation system are studied by means of system layout planning and queuing theory respectively, and I find the unreasonable layout of facilities and long waiting time problems of Nangang group storage and transportation system, Finally, put forward the reasonable arrangement of the geographical position and strict management of daily production to solve the above problems.
