Abstract

In recent decades, the world has witnessed an increase in digital information in all spheres of human life. In particular, smart energy has become a vector of energy policy development in many countries. As the proportion of infocommunications technology (ICT) deployed increases, implying the widespread use of smart equipment based on digital exchange, the number of information security (IS) threats is also increasing, which shows the need and inevitability of ensuring it.
