This paper initiates a method to use the forecasting of vehicles using Neural Network (NN) toolbox in MATLAB software. It also focuses on the algorithm for sequentially switching the traffic lights using forecasting from the NN toolbox. This paper focuses on the traffic framework of Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab (India).
