Abstract

الهدي النبوي في العمل المهني والتدريب عليه عبد الله بن علي بن عايض البشيري قسم الکتاب والسنة، کلية الدعوة وأصول الدين، جامعة أم القرى، مکة المکرمة، المملکة العربية السعودية. البريد الإلکتروني: aaaalzahrani@uqu.edu.sa الملخـــص: جمع هذا البحث أحاديث مرفوعة وآثار موقوفة تحث على التکسب وتذکر العمل المهني، وتضمنت بعض الإشارات إلى التدريب على ذلک، وأبرز الأعمال المهنية التي کانت في عصر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، واستنبط بعض ما يخدم عملية التدريب عليها؛ ليتمکن المسلم من العمل وفق الهدي النبوي في هذا. وقام الباحث باستقراء الأحاديث النبوية في هذا الموضوع ثم قام بتخريجها بحسب قواعد أهل الحديث؛ وقسم البحث ثلاثة أقسام: الأول: الأحاديث النبوية حول التکسب بالعمل المهني. الثاني: الروايات حول الصناعات والأعمال المهنية التي کانت موجودة في عهد النبوة. الثالث: التعليم والتدريب على التکسب بالعمل المهني. وقد جمع الباحث الصناعات والأعمال المهنية التي أقرها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وکانت موجودة في عصره؛ فکانت ثمانية عشر عملا، ووجد منها أعمالا لبعض النساء الصحابيات عليهن رضوان الله.   The Prophetic Guidance Regarding Professional Work and Training for it   By: Abdullah Bin Ali Bin Ayad Al- Basheeri Department of the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion Umm Al-Qura University  Makkah - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia   Abstract        This research includes a group of traceable and discontinued Hadiths which incite people to earn their living and think of professional work. They also include some gestures to training for this and some of the most outstanding professional jobs in the time of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. The research has also discovered some of the matters that serve the process of training for professional work so as to enable the Muslim to work in accordance with the prophetic guidance concerning this kind of career. The researcher has extrapolated the Hadiths related to this topic then he documented and authenticated them according to the rules of Hadith. The research is divided into three divisions; the first division is devoted to handling the Hadiths that deal with earning living and professional work. The second division deals with the narrations around the industries and professional jobs that existed in the time of prophethood. Whereas the third division highlights leaning and training for earning one's living and professional work. The researcher has traced the industries and professional jobs identified by prophet Muhammad and existed in his time. They were around eighteen jobs. Some of those jobs were confined to female companions of prophet Muhammad, May Allah Be Pleased with them all.
