Abstract

In order to cancel mechanical sensors in the speed controller system of PMSM, a method of rotor position detection speed/position observation based on active control is proposed. It composed active control strategy of observer according to the error between measured current and observed current, then the rotor's speed/position can be calculated with back-EMF which is estimated. Simulation results show that the control algorithm proposed in this paper is simple, not only it can observe motor's position and speed accurately, but also it is easy to realize, it has high steady state precision and dynamic performance.
基于主动控制的永磁同步电机无传感器设计
为了消除永磁同步电机速度控制系统中的机械传感器,提出了一种基于主动控制的转子位置检测、速度/位置观测方法。根据实测电流与观测电流的误差组成观测器的主动控制策略,利用估计的反电动势计算转子的转速/位置。仿真结果表明,本文提出的控制算法简单,不仅能准确地观察电机的位置和速度,而且易于实现,具有较高的稳态精度和动态性能。
