The issue has a global importance. No matter how various are the processes of inclusion of the persons with disabilities into the system of educational relations in the modern world, there are many common issues that hinder the effective inclusion of special learners into the educational relations. This defines the urgency of this research, dedicated to the topic of inclusive education. This research presents the author’s vision on one of the actual directions in solving the issue of development of the inclusive education models. As one of the options in reducing the barriers in the way of development of the educational institutions with inclusive orientation, we consider the pedagogical facilitation. The issues of pedagogical facilitation are raised in scientific literature. The purpose of this article is opening the capabilities of facilitation in development of the inclusive processes in education, showing its value in implementation of the ideological, methodological and didactic basic of inclusive education. The article considers a general definition of facilitation as a social phenomenon; it gives a brief description of the researches faced to the facilitation issues. As a hypothesis of the research, an assumption was made that the active implementation of the facilitation method into the vital function of educational institutions would promote the efficiency of the inclusive processes. The methodological basis of the study is a person-centred paradigm, which stipulates the relationship of cooperation, co-creativity, non-violence. As a research method of this issue, a method of theoretical analysis that allows considering the facilitation in the system of inclusive education was adopted. Based on this method, research on the problems of inclusion in education and pedagogical facilitation were reviewed. The theoretical analysis allowed defining a close link between the two new phenomena in the system of modern education.","PeriodicalId":280577,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University.
