To capture the crosstalk noise-induced delay, we introduce the concept of dynamic coupling noise waveform. Abstract

The amplitude of coupled noise is often used in estimating the crosstalk effect. Coupling noise-induced delay measures the impact of crosstalk on circuit performance.
