Abstract

This paper presents a 140 GHz fully packaged frequency shift keying transceiver with automatic tuning loop for dielectric waveguide communication. A novel receiver topology is proposed to enable mitigation against process, voltage and temperature variations using an automatic tunable phase shift in the LO distribution.
