The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Reward (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (Y) employees of PT. Kuningan Mega Building, Punishment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y) employees of PT. Kuningan Mega Building, and Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) simultaneously or jointly have a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y) employees of PT. Kuningan Mega Building Kuningan district. This study verifies previous studies that reward and punishment either partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. 本研究的目的是:1]检验和分析部分奖励对PT. Brass Mega Building员工工作纪律的影响;2]部分测试和分析了处罚对铜巨大厦工作纪律的影响;[3]对铜业大厦工作纪律的奖惩并举效果进行测试分析。研究方法采用描述法和验证法。本研究的研究对象为古宁根县PT. Kuningan Mega Building的所有员工,共52名员工,采用饱和样本(Sesnus)抽样技术,将整个人群作为研究样本。采用的数据分析方法为多元线性回归分析。本研究结果表明,奖励(X1)对昆宁安兆业大厦员工的工作纪律(Y)有正向显著影响,惩罚(X2)对昆宁安兆业大厦员工的工作纪律(Y)有正向显著影响,奖励(X1)和惩罚(X2)同时或共同对昆宁安兆业大厦员工的工作纪律(Y)有正向显著影响。本研究验证了以往的研究,即奖励和惩罚对工作纪律有部分或同时的积极和显著的影响。这意味着对一个公司的奖惩越高,该公司的工作纪律水平就越高。
