Abstract

The development of entrepreneurship in Russia at the present stage of development has reached the point when not a quantitative but a qualitative leap is required in its development. The inflow of new entrepreneurial personnel with new knowledge and skills, able to use the new managerial and technological tools should become one of the factors of this development. This can be done only in close relationship with the education system of entrepreneurial personnel at various levels.
