Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of specially created non-state electronic resources (Portals of non-profit organizations) in 18 territorial entities of the Central Federal district of Russia. The author explains the position that the portal can be an element of the communication strategy of the non-profit sector with authorities and citizens within the non-profit organizations sector. The article provides a comparative analysis of content, objects of directed communication, involvement of the non-profit sector of the region in the content of the portal, etc. Suggestions for the formation of an optimal model of a non-governmental Portal of non-profit organizations as a means of strategic communication are made.
