Then the market mechanisms for buildings and building groups participating in clean energy consumption in developed countries is summarized. In combination with China’s current policies to promote clean energy consumption and the development of power market mechanism the framework for zero carbon building groups to participate in renewable energy trading market is proposed considering the technical characteristics of zero carbon building groups, and the relevant market trading mechanism and certification technology are preliminarily designed. Abstract

According to statistics (UN Environment Global Status Report 2017), the construction industry accounts for nearly 40% of the global energy related carbon emissions, which means that the construction industry is one of the main battlefields to achieve the carbon neutrality goal. It is necessary to study the clean energy market trading mechanism of zero carbon building. At the same time, how to certificate and track the clean energy in market transactions and actual consumption of zero carbon building groups is also a key point. This paper makes the first exploration on market mechanism and certification technology of zero carbon building groups participating in clean energy consumption. 零碳建筑群体参与清洁能源消费的市场机制与认证技术探索
