Abstract

The development of projects intelligent transport systems (ITS) is necessary for the high-quality functioning of the country's transport complex. ITS is the future of a transport system that will function in cities like Smart City. Now the main indicator of ITS is improving road safety and traffic management, but there is a problem of the lack of uniform requirements for the platform. It is also necessary to integrate the public transport system and public utilities. ITS services allow you to change the concept of mobility management. The introduction of services will allow the state to control road safety. Thus, there is a need to legislate ITS services.
