Methods: This study is Pre Exsperimental and using one group pre-post test design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the number of samples is 20 people based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria for 6 weeks. Measuring tool used is Leg Dynamometer and Squat Test to know the value of muscle strength of limb before and after 18 practice. Abstract

Introduction: Any human exercise will always involve physical conditions in it. there are 10 kinds of components of physical condition, that is strength, endurance, muscle power, speed, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy, and reaction. 自由运动对望加锡自由运动社区腿部力量的影响
导读:任何人类运动都会涉及到身体状况。身体状况有10种成分,即力量、耐力、肌肉力量、速度、柔韧性、敏捷性、协调性、平衡性、准确性和反应性。肢体肌肉在许多运动中起主导作用。为了改善和发展运动员的身体状况,需要一种锻炼,一种为了产生最大的运动而必须持续进行的锻炼。自由运动是增加腿部肌肉力量的技术之一。本研究旨在确定自由运动前后望加锡人腿部肌肉力量的差异。方法:本研究采用预实验法,采用一组前-后测试设计。抽样方法为有目的抽样,样本数为20人,按照纳入和排除标准,取样时间为6周。测量工具为腿部测力仪和深蹲试验,了解18次练习前后肢体肌力的数值。结果:经18次自由运动后,自由运动对腿部肌肉力量有明显的增强作用,P< 0.001。
