The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the realization of professional creativity of future educators are defined and justified: the presence of positive motivation of future pre-school teachers for pedagogical creativity; • organization of educational creative space of higher educational institutions; • taking advantage of situations of professional creative success; • ensuring the subject-subject relations of teachers and students in the process of creative growth of the personality of future educators of preschool educational institutions. Abstract
The article raises the importance of developing the professional and creative potential of future educators.
