Unfortunately, there are still limited research studies that identify learners’ satisfaction with online learning tools for their learning feedback, especially formative assessment. This present study investigated the learners’ satisfaction utilizing Google Classroom as an online formative feedback tool which also hopefully contributes to further technology development for education life specifically formative feedback. This can also give the developer the opportunity for ICT-based integration for education. The Quantitative research design was used in this study and a total number of 43 respondents were willing to participate by responding to the questionnaires distributed via Google Forms and students’ interviews as quantitative data.
