Towards Digital University: Experience of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article is devoted to transformation of traditional university into digital one. The goal of the research was to determine the main directions and develop recommendations of the transformation of the university based on the theoretical principles of project and change management, the experience of international and domestic universities and original research in the field of digitalization. Findings of desk and field research were implemented to the object of study International Information Technologies University located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
