Berdasarkandata STBM tahun 2019 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas KecamatanLima Puluh masih terdapat kelurahan yang belum melakukanprogram tersebut yaitu Kelurahan Pesisir 0%. Tujuan penelitianuntuk mengetahui Perilaku Buang Air Besar Sembarangan diKelurahan Pesisir Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru Tahun2021. Jenis penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain Crosssectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah rumah tangga yangberada di kelurahan pesisir berjumlah 2.103 KK dengan besarsampel 75 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan cluster randomsampling. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat.Hasil penelitian diketahui ada hubungan pengetahuan (p value =0,042, POR = 3,091), jarak rumah (p value = 0,027, POR = 3,409),kepemilikan sarana (p value= 0,019, POR = 3,627) denganperilaku buang air besar sembarangan. Sedangkan variabelDukungan tokoh masyarakat tidak berhubungan dengan perilakuBuang air besar sembarangan. Kepemilikan sarana jamban yangtidak sehat beresiko 3 kali berperilaku buang air besarsembarangan dibandingkan dengan responden yang memilikisarana jamban sehat.
