In good prognostic patients with total motile sperm count was 3 10x106, pregnancy rates were lower in patients whose inseminated in <30 minute than the others (%5.2 vs %10.1)(p: 0.024). Conclusion: The results of our study showed that if a washing sperm can be incubated minimum 30 minute at 37 C the pregnancy rate is optimum.
