Design and Practice of Teaching Mode Based on Flipped Classroom-Taking International Business Negotiation (Bilingual) Course as an Example

Abstract

International Business Negotiation (Bilingual) course is the core course of international trade majors, and it helps to promote the international and applicable talents of international trade majors, therefore, it is very important to promote students’ learning mode from traditional passive acceptance to active participation through the use of flipped classroom teaching mode and then improve the learning effect. This research firstly introduces the definition of the flipped classroom; secondly, it analyzes the necessity of using the flipped classroom teaching mode for international business negotiation (bilingual); thirdly, it carries out the design of the flipped classroom for international business negotiation (bilingual); fourthly, it conducts a survey and research on the use of the flipped classroom teaching mode for the international business negotiation (bilingual) course, take the international trade major and cross-border e-commerce major of the Shenyang Aerospace University as samples. Finally, it proposes practical suggestions based on the problems of using the flipped classroom teaching mode in international business negotiation (bilingual) courses.
