全麻和椎管内麻醉期间往往需要适当的镇静治疗.全麻需要监测意识转换、术中知晓和预测苏醒,临床上常用警觉及镇静评估法(observer′s assessment of alertness/sedation ,OAA/S)进行镇静程度的评分,而术中频繁的唤醒患者来判断镇静程度是不现实的。
