Abstract
The Capacitive Voltage transformer is most essential for measuring voltages above 66kV. There are two types of voltage transformers are used to measure high voltages. They are Inductive Voltage Transformer and Capacitive Voltage Transformer. Inductive Voltage Transformer cost and size is increased while measuring Voltages greater than 66kV.
