Abstract
This chapter summarizes the results of the Outcomes Following Vaginal Prolapse Repair and Midurethral Sling (OPUS) trial, in which women without stress urinary incontinence undergoing prolapse surgery were randomized to a midurethral sling or no concomitant midurethral sling.
