± 2.5 D (p=0.415). CCoonncclluussiioonn:: AK incisions provide fast reduc- tion in post-keratoplasty astigmatism and improvement in visual acuity. The magnitude of the reduction of astigmatism was highly correlated with preoperative astigmatism. However, to achieve successful results, proper patient selection is necessary.
