Abstract
In this paper, a control strategy based on variable order integrator is presented. The control strategy assumes that the order of the integrator depends on the control error which is divided into arbitrary number of intervals. Additionally, when control signal exceed limits, the variable order anti-windup strategy is applied by setting order to zero. For these strategies orders are assigned during numerical optimization. Results obtained for different types of variable order derivative (integral) definitions $(\mathcal{A},\mathcal{B},\mathcal{D},\mathcal{E})$ types) are compared and analyzed.
