A Constituição: “resto diurno” do sonho da modernidade

Abstract

This paper proposes the non-existence of “one” way of reading the constitution and “many” un-readings, but only “unreadings”. There is not “one” original meaning and “many” copies, representations or translations. In Latin America, constitutional texts have always been the object of controversy and dispute.
