It can be described is: 1) the implementation of the program faith and devotion to God Almighty that are in categories effective enough, 2) the implementation of the program superior personality, fostering national insight, and defending the country that are in category effective enough, 3) the implementation of the program academic, artistic, and / or sporting achievements according to their talents and interests that are in category effective enough. 4) The implementation of the program creativity, skill, and entrepreneurship that are in category effective enough. 5) The implementation of the program quality of body, health, and nutrition that are in categorie effective enough.
