Abstract
In the increasingly competitive environment of the market for mobile games, it is of great importance to effectively understand the factors influencing user satisfaction and improve the game experience of players. But traditional user research methods such as surveys cannot keep up with the information age easily, and the application of computing science on otome mobile games is still underexplored. In our study, we applied text processing, term-frequency statistics, and feature mining to Web review data, combined with the LDA model, to distill factors influencing user satisfaction of otome mobile games. Finally, through the statistical results of questionnaires, the rationality of the conclusion was verified. This paper provides an effective method for game developers to improve the research and satisfaction of players towards otome mobile games.
