This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Metro. The subject of this research was the students of class XI AP2 of SMKN 1 Metro consisting of 25 students. This research was quantitative and qualitative research which used one group pre test post test design. The result of the research showed that reference were the reading aspect that mostly improved and the problems the students faced difficult to understand the meaning of the words and some of students have problem in pronunciation.
