Abstract

The article considers the content and technological dominants of training chiefs of educational establishments for designing an implementation model of federal state education standards of compulsory education. There has been presented a module of an additional professional training program which includes targets, module content, methodological preferences of the author while its implementation and the essential characteristics of the entering, current and final diagnostics.
