"Condor"-satellite communication system with mobile objects

Abstract

The article deals with a satellite communication system project which incorporates geostationary orbit satellites. A comparison is included of analogous foreign and home systems. The main aim is to help the interested parties to clarify the main technical and economic aspects of the conception of the "Condor" communication system.
