This paper describes how the UNIX tools, LEX and YACC, were applied to solve this problem. In this case, Ando DIC 8035 test programs, paeterns and bad boards were used on a Credence Vista Series LT-1101 test system. The program ando2lt (Ando to LT) is the first of the test program crosscompilers using these tools.
