Abstract

Creating a diverse working environment and applying the principle of equal treatment to all employees is now one of the conditions for better utilisation of the potential of human resources. Diversity brings greater competitiveness in the market, thereby shaping the quality of the workforce. Companies that promote diversity in the workplace can become market leaders in progress and development thanks to a progressive approach. The aim of this paper is to explore what changes Industry 4.0 has brought about in terms of diversity and equality in large industrial companies.
