Vietnamese Laws on Execution of Court Rulings on Bringing Commercial Legal Entities to Criminal Liability

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of enforcement of court decisions on criminal liability of commercial legal entities in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The procedure for the execution of such judgments established by the Law of June 14, 2019 No. 41/2019/QH14 “On the execution of judgments in criminal cases”, which entered into force on January 1, 2020, is analyzed. Separate norms of this law applied to convicted commercial legal entities are considered.
