Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically identify the relationship between the gender manager of the SMEs and the characteristics of the intrapreneur culture. The empirical study was conducted using a sample of 600 SMEs in the region of Murcia (Spain). The intrapreneur culture is analyzed considering the classification of Galvez and Garcia (2011).
