Pearson correlation was used to determine the relationship among servant leadership, job satisfaction, and job retention. Reliability of instruments were; perceived Servant Leadership = .763, Job Satisfaction = .797, and Job Retention = .807. Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship among Servant Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Job Retention of secondary school teachers.
