Then, build the necessary algorithm model by mining the entities and entity relationships from the power customer service data. Abstract
In the power customer service field question answering system, knowledge map is one of the key technologies, which can significantly reduce the cost of customer service, promote the intelligent customer service, and provide customers with a good and convenient service experience.
