Abstract

In the power customer service field question answering system, knowledge map is one of the key technologies, which can significantly reduce the cost of customer service, promote the intelligent customer service, and provide customers with a good and convenient service experience. This paper studies the construction technology of building knowledge maps in the electric power field. First, we complete the construction of the technical terminology dictionary, and use it as the basic corpus of the knowledge maps. Then, build the necessary algorithm model by mining the entities and entity relationships from the power customer service data. Finally, finish the mass of the service knowledge base construction.
