Abstract

Compliance of the national regulatory framework for the functioning of institutions and entities of the civil service with European and international legal counterparts, as well as the use of foreign experience in order to improve national institutions is a key aspect of finding other ways to ensure the effectiveness of the civil service in Ukraine and focusing the community's attention on the study and analysis the potential of these structures. One of these topical areas is the evaluation of the performance of civil serv-ants.
