Abstract
In today's industry, DC motors are widely used in control applications. For this reason, control accuracy is fundamentally necessary for DC motors, where torque, force and rotational speed must be accurately calculated. Using real-time Hardware-in-the-Loop systems and mathematically characterized models, the desired performance can be achieved. The main purpose of this research is to develop a complex Hardware-in-the-Loop system through VeriStand software environment, to configure the real-time testing and controller design process. In addition to the benefits of this test system, the reduction in development costs and the time it takes for such a product is satisfied by the repeatability of the tests, the shortened validation process and the early identification of design problems.
