Abstract

The reduction of residential-scale battery energy storage (BES) systems prices and the increase in electricity prices motivate consumers to update their photovoltaic (PV) systems toward PV-plus-storage systems. In this paper, we propose a stochastic analysis to determine the hosting capacity in low-voltage (LV) networks with PV and PV-plus-storage systems.
