But according to the training status of our school, I find that there are lots of significant problems directly influencing training targets during the implementation of the program. Therefore, in my opinion, to put this program into effect better and actualize the pragmaticality of teachers' training, we need to improve training modes and enhance the relevance and pragamaticality of the training content. The key solution of this program is taking teachers' training as a continuous and organic procession. Abstract
The aim of the “National Training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers” is to promote the balanced development of compulsory education and the reform of basic education.
