Abstract
A model for information processing parameters estimation in distributed systems with a dynamic structure that realize the heterogeneous distributed databases is suggested. The model is based on the choice of the tuple of parameters of the distributed system and takes into account the limitations, which allows formalize the structure for query processing control in distributed databases.The suggested model allows develop the new models and methods to support the effective control of the distributed data processing system with dynamic structure.
